Thanks to the fertile soil in Paarl, there are also fabulous vineyards. Blom and Danielle took us through some of those vineyards and we did some wine tasting. I absolutely fell in love because unlike the U.S. the towns are not heavily saturated with people so those vineyards were very intimate and each experience felt like it was ours, created just for us. It was heaven. This moment is how Malbec became my favorite type of wine.
