Day 19
I’ve been actively going to the gym and trying to get back into routine after the holidays. The holidays didn’t throw me off too much with food but it added a little more celebration time with friends/family and less time being active.
Doing a pose and seeing yourself in a pose is interesting because it is hard to gauge what you’ll look like until you try it. For example, I had no idea my right leg was higher than my leg.
Also, this pose hurt my right hip which is the side I always demo. I gotta switch it up.
