Day 27 – Handstand Project

 

I feel so busy and tired every day that by the time I come home I don’t want to practice. I realized though if I just handle a few things once I get home that I really do have the time and energy. I’ve shifted my mentality on the fact that I MUST do yoga and practice my drills to “if I want to, I will”.

This is a busy week because I am headed for Mammoth Mountain at the end of the week. Being busy is a place I thrive on but I also forget to handle self-care.

My handstands are getting better. Not much control yet just air time.
