Happy V-Day : Day 28 – Handstand Project

I wrote a post on my Instagram that I’m keeping my legs zipped up today. Then I read a funny caption on someone else’s post “Happy Alentine’s Ay” for those not getting any V’s or D’s which gave me a good laugh.

I’ve never been much of a Valentine’s day celebrator because I don’t love crowds or waiting when I’m hungry. I prefer to just do romantic or fun events throughout the year. Tonight I practiced yoga and hung out at home. I wasn’t feeling well yesterday so the last thing I wanted to do was come up with plans to go out.

I still hit the gym today. I’m noticing for my handstands, I have to lift the but higher and push further than I feel comfortable. At that point I get some hang time.

Any other tips?
