I’m back from Mammoth now but caught a major cold. I’m tired and just want rest but having arrived back home on Monday, the weekend is still a few days away.
I volunteered to sub a class tonight and am slightly regretting that I did (considering how tired I am). I usually have some sort of class theme or sequence together in my head and I haven’t prepared at all for this.
I go into class and wing it. I moved with the class tonight as usual. The students practicing energized me and brought me to connect with the moment as I remind them to do. I love being an instructor. I feel lucky to be an instructor. The students tonight reminded me of this.
Afterwards, I stayed after to take some yoga photos with my GoPro. I love practicing in an empty large room. There is so much space. Practicing the handstands, I felt a bit of control when my legs were away from each other but balancing one foot front and back.
Could it be? I’m on the road to handstand success? Inspired!
